Pixel sizes come from the maker's spec sheet, or from a published review when the maker does not list them. Margins keep the device toolbar clear; they are estimates until each device is measured.
Why a generated planner, not a template file
You see it before you pay. Every page above comes from the generator, and the January sample downloads free with all its links.
You download it the second you pay. The file is built on the spot, and you can build it again free for 12 months when your plans or your tablet change.
It is sized from each tablet's published screen specs. Pages match the screen pixel for pixel, and the tabs sit clear of the device toolbar.

Questions
What is a linked (hyperlinked) PDF planner?
It is one PDF file whose pages link to each other. You tap a day on the month page and the tablet opens that day; you tap a month tab and it goes back.
The PDF Planner makes one at your tablet's exact screen size. The default 2027 planner has 436 pages, and every one of them is linked.
Which devices are supported?
10 tablets: reMarkable 2, reMarkable Paper Pro, reMarkable Paper Pro Move, Kindle Scribe 10.2" (2022/2024), Kindle Scribe 11" (2025), Supernote Manta, Supernote Nomad, BOOX Note Air5 C 10.3", BOOX Go 10.3 and Kobo Elipsa 2E.
Each one gets its own pixel size and margins. Another tablet that opens PDFs can use the size closest to its screen.
How do I put the PDF on my Kindle Scribe?
- Go to amazon.com/sendtokindle and sign in with the Amazon account your Scribe uses.
- Drag the PDF onto the page, keep "Add to your library" on, and click Send.
- On the Scribe, sync and open the planner from your Library.
Send to Kindle keeps the file as a PDF, so you can write directly on the pages. Amazon's help says writing is not supported on PDFs copied over USB-C, so use Send to Kindle.
How do I put the PDF on my reMarkable?
- Open the reMarkable app on your computer or phone and sign in.
- Drag the PDF into the app window, or choose Import and pick the file.
- Wait for the sync, then open the planner on the tablet.
You can also drag the PDF into app.remarkable.com in a browser. No Connect subscription is needed.
How do I put the PDF on my Supernote?
- On the Supernote, open Settings, then Drive, and link Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive.
- Upload the PDF into the Supernote/Document folder of that drive.
- On the Supernote, tap Sync and open the planner from Document.
A USB cable works too: copy the PDF into the Document folder.
How do I put the PDF on my Boox?
- Put the Boox and your computer on the same Wi-Fi, then open BooxDrop on the Boox.
- Type the address BooxDrop shows into your computer's browser.
- Send the PDF, then open it from the Library. It opens in NeoReader.
Do links work with the pen?
The links are ordinary PDF links. On the Kindle Scribe, Amazon's help says to pick the Pointer tool and tap the link with the pen. On reMarkable, Supernote and Boox, tap the link; if nothing happens, the device is in a pen or annotation mode, so switch to reading or navigation mode. On Kobo we have not confirmed link support yet, so try the free January sample first.
Device help pages change, so check the guide for your device below for the current steps.
Can I change the layout after buying?
Yes. For 12 months after you buy, you can generate the planner again with another layout, start month, country or device, at no cost.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The January sample is free and needs no account. It has 38 pages: the year, the month, its weeks and its days, with every link working, so you can check the size and the tabs on your tablet first.
The full year is $12.99. Refund within 14 days if the planner does not load or display correctly on your device.
Is this affiliated with reMarkable or Amazon?
No. The PDF Planner is an independent product made by Billy in Hanoi. It is not affiliated with reMarkable, Amazon, Ratta, Onyx or Kobo; device names only say which screens the planner fits.
