Who we are
The PDF Planner is made and run by Billy in Hanoi, Vietnam. Contact: [email protected].
Page events
When you open a page, change the tablet or year, or download the sample, the page sends a small anonymous event to our own server at /e: the event name, the page, the site you came from, any campaign tags in the link, and the tablet and year you picked.
The event has no cookie, no user ID and no fingerprint. We use these counts to see which tablets and pages people use.
Server logs
Like most websites, our server and our network provider record each request: IP address, time, page and browser. We use them to keep the site running and to stop abuse. The logs are rotated regularly and not kept as a long-term record.
Cookies
We set no cookies. Our network provider may set a short-lived security cookie when it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot; it is not used to track you.
Your planner settings
The options you pick in the creator travel in the page address to build the preview and the sample. We do not store them or tie them to you.
Email and payment
Checkout is not open yet, so today we hold no email addresses or orders.
When it opens, our payment provider will take your payment and handle your card details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. We receive your email address, country and order. We use your email only to send your planner and, when your 12 months are ending, a renewal reminder.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data, show ads, or share your data with anyone except the providers that run the site and take payments.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. We keep only the order records that tax law requires us or our payment provider to keep.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the changelog says what changed.
