These terms cover this website and the planner PDF you buy from The PDF Planner. By using the site or buying a planner, you agree to them.
Who we are
The PDF Planner is made and run by Billy in Hanoi, Vietnam. Contact: [email protected].
What you buy
One purchase of $12.99 USD gives you a 12-month planner as a PDF file, for any supported tablet and any layout, and the right to generate it again free for 12 months after you buy.
Checkout is not open yet. These terms apply to every order once it opens.
Your licence
The planner is for your own personal use. You may copy it to your own devices and print it for yourself. What you write in it is yours.
You may not sell, share, upload or give away the PDF or its pages, on their own or as part of another product. The free sample has the same licence.
Devices
Each planner is sized from the maker's published screen specs. We have not tested every tablet ourselves; the About page lists which ones have been tested on the device.
We do not guarantee that a planner works on a tablet we have not tested, or after a software update changes how a tablet shows PDFs. If the planner does not load or display correctly on the device you chose, the refund policy gives you 14 days to get your money back.
Payment and tax
Payment will be handled by our payment provider, which sells the planner on our behalf and takes care of tax, receipts and invoices. Prices include applicable tax.
The site
We try to keep the site running, but cannot promise it is always available. We may change or remove features. A planner you have already downloaded stays yours.
The planner and the site are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid.
Trademarks
reMarkable, Kindle, Supernote, BOOX and Kobo are trademarks of their owners. The PDF Planner is independent and not affiliated with them; device names only say which screen a planner fits.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the changelog says what changed.
