If the planner does not load or does not display correctly on the device you chose, you get a full refund. Ask within 14 days of buying.
What is covered
The PDF does not open on the tablet you chose when you bought it; or its pages show at the wrong size, cut off, or with links that do not work on that tablet.
Because the free sample has the same pages, sizes and links, you can check your tablet before you pay. A change of mind after the planner works is not covered; to get another layout, start month or tablet, generate it again free for 12 months.
How to ask
Email [email protected] within 14 days of buying, with your order number or the email you paid with, your tablet, and what you see on the screen. A photo helps.
If there is a quick fix, such as the size for your exact tablet, we will tell you. If you would rather have your money back, say so and you get a full refund.
How you are paid back
The refund goes back through our payment provider to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank.
Checkout is not open yet, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy applies to every order once it opens.
